    It's good however, property needs a little makeover/maintenance w.r.t. room appliances, furniture, sleeping mattress, bedsheets, etc. The cost seems higher when compared to the overall stay experience.

    The room was good enough and service staff at room good .Ofcourse the food quality at the guest house was poor and reported to the manager. Food quality must be improved.

    The stay was comfortable, the IRCTC guesthouse was clean and well maintained. The reception desk is very helpful. The only suggestion should be regarding the food availability and food quality. Some items were out of stock and the food quality should be improved.

    I had a wonderful stay at The Vaishnodevi-IRCTC Guest House, Katra, The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. The location was convenient, and all the amenities were well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

    Location: Good for people who are travelling through train. Food: Average, Not that great but ok. Good that is is prepared fresh, but can be improved in taste. Amenities: Poor infrastructure, need overhaul, but being Govt organization they will change only when it will break. Services: Good, They have provided pick from Banganga, even at 12: 30 at night. I don't is it only for me, Or for everyone.

    We stay as couple to visit mata vaishno devi temple. Nice stay with great facility of food and travel

    stay was good staff were very cooperative and helping nature. cleaning ness was washroom was not good, overall food was good

    Rooms are very small and has dampness. Their cupboard is broken. Television was very old and not working. Washroom is also very small. It's not worth for money. Food is good but limited options. Very Old property with lot of noise of railway station. Also, the room doors are of glass and painted to avoid the transparency but at few places they have applied cello tape to cover that part. Air conditioner is also very noise and old. Good part is they use Ertiga to drop/pickup you at Banganga . Rest it's not worth at all

    it's located in railway station premises ,easily reachable. Rooms are spacious ,Clean with basic amenities .A food court with delicious food and a big shopping center within the property are an added advantage.
